Dr. Kathleen O'Hara BSc, DC
Dr. O’Hara takes a collaborative approach to care, working with her patients to restore functional symmetry by enhancing mobility, strength, and coordination. Her treatments incorporate discussions about lifestyle, nutrition, and exercise, and she readily connects patients with her extensive network of healthcare professionals for additional support when needed. She specializes in gentle, instrument-assisted adjusting using the Activator Method, along with traditional spinal and non-spinal manipulation and mobilization. Her soft tissue techniques include myofascial trigger point therapy, applied kinesiology, and the Graston Technique, all aimed at releasing fascial restrictions and promoting optimal function. Dr. O’Hara graduated *cum laude* from Toronto’s Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1982. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University in Indiana and has completed graduate coursework at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 1989, she founded the multidisciplinary clinic Bloor-Avenue Chiropractic, where she practiced until transitioning to ONE80health in December 2020. Outside of her professional life, Dr. O’Hara enjoys spending time with family and friends, dancing, biking, reading, and singing with a non-audition choir.
