Over the years, I have gained diverse experiences that have shaped my approach to understanding the root causes of symptoms. My focus has always been on providing the most effective and individualized therapy for each condition.
I call my approach *Integrative Manual Therapy & Active Rehabilitation*. Physical medicine involves treating, preventing, and alleviating physical symptoms that often hinder optimal movement and performance. Through this, I help patients restore and enhance their movement, performance, and overall health.
My treatment incorporates a range of therapies, including the Fascial Distortion Model (FDM), Instrument-Assisted Fascial Release, Active Release Therapy (A.R.T.), Fascial Manipulation, Chiropractic Joint Manipulation and Mobilization, Osteopathic Manipulative techniques, Neuro-Anatomical Acupuncture, Focused and Radial Shockwave Therapy, Laser Therapy (Photbiomodulation), Frequency-Specific Microcurrent, and Kinesiology Taping. These modalities work together to restore optimal function to the nervous system, muscles, and joints, helping to reduce pain and promote healing.
Following this, I employ active rehabilitation, which involves tailored exercises, postural adjustments, and movement corrections. This phase ensures patients can fully recover from their injury or chronic condition, regain health, and prevent future pain, dysfunction, or recurrence of their condition.
My ultimate goal is to provide patients with clarity regarding their pain and dysfunction and guide them with effective solutions to optimize their movement, performance, and overall health.
