Tamara Salpeter OSTCAN, M.OMsc

Tamara holds a Master in Practice Diploma of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and is a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association (OSTCAN). With a unique background in the arts, Tamara earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from York University and has experience as a circus artist, teacher, and yoga instructor (YTT 500+). Tamara was introduced to osteopathic manual therapy through her journey to address a chronic injury, which deepened her understanding of the importance of feeling at home in one’s body. Drawing on her expertise in anatomy and physiology, she uses gentle, hands-on techniques to remove motion restrictions in joints, improve blood flow, and enhance lymphatic and neurological communication. Her approach helps restore health, balance, and harmony across the body’s systems. Tamara’s goal is to support individuals in feeling their best, empowering them to live fuller, more vibrant lives.
